Rochester's Contractor You Can Actually Count On
Since 2009, Oak Ridge Builders has been the crew Rochester homeowners call when the job has to be done right. No shortcuts. No subcontractors you've never met. Just our team, our tools, and our word.
Rochester
Built from the Ground Up in Rochester
Oak Ridge Builders started in 2009 when founder Mike Callahan left a large regional contractor to do things differently. He'd spent a decade watching homeowners get handed off to subcontractors, get vague timelines, and get surprised by final invoices. He wanted to build a company where the crew you meet on day one is the crew that finishes the job.
Today, Oak Ridge is a team of 12 full-time tradespeople — carpenters, tile setters, framers, and finish specialists — all direct employees. We don't broker work out. When you hire Oak Ridge, you get Oak Ridge.
We've completed over 500 projects across Rochester and the surrounding communities, from single-room bathroom renovations to full custom home builds. Every one of them is in our portfolio, and every one of them has our name on it.
